Teen killed in Southbridge shooting Wednesday that injured 1 other identified by police

Police have identified the teenager fatally shot in Wilmington's Southbridge neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon as 19-year-old Kymere Allen.

Allen and another 19-year-old man were both shot on the 400 block of S. Heald St., according to the Wilmington Police Department. The other teen was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police are still investigating the shooting, and no arrests have been made so far.
