Police investigate death of 42-year-old man in Wilmington early Sunday morning

The Wilmington Police Department is conducting an investigation after finding a 42-year-old man dead Sunday in the 1200 block of W. Third St.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and investigators are working to determine the nature of his injuries, police said. Police received the report about the man shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to police. 

No other information was immediately available.
